How can I verify my Finblox account?
You can access the Identity Verification section by navigating to "Account" on the homepage, then tap either the "Basic" badge or "Identity Verification." Your withdrawal limit is determined by your verification level, which you can check on this page.
To raise your limit, complete the verification process for "Verified" or "Verified Plus" level.
Our three account levels unlock daily withdrawal limits of $1000, $3000, and $50000 or equivalent.
When you're ready with your documents, you can continue by tapping "Start verification." Tick the checkbox beside "Documents ready!" and continue.
To achieve "Verified" level, you need to provide valid proof of identity. Please follow these requirements:
Choose a valid form of ID - We accept driver license, passport, residence permit, or ID card. For quicker verification, we recommend submitting your passport.
Ensure that your ID includes your full name, a photo of yourself, and your date of birth.
Take a clear and focused photo. The image should be bright, and the document should be cropped around the edges to include all necessary information. Also, make sure that all corners of the document are visible.
Photograph both sides (if necessary). If your ID has two pages or sides, you'll need to photograph both of them.
Submit your documents in acceptable file formats. We accept JPEG and PDF files that are at least 500KB in size. Screenshots will not be accepted.
Keep your documents in good condition. Do not use crumpled or bent documents, as they may be rejected.
To achieve the "Verified Plus" level, you need to submit a valid proof of address that meets the following criteria:
A bank or credit card statement that shows your name and the date of issue (must not be older than 3 months)
A utility bill for gas, electricity, water, or internet (must not be older than 3 months). We do not accept mobile phone bills or insurance statements.
A lease agreement signed by both the landlord and the tenant
You need to use a different type of document for your proof of address than you did for your proof of identity. For example, if you used your driver license for your proof of identity, you should use a different document, like a bank statement or utility bill, to prove your address.
We don't accept screenshots. You need to use a photo or a scanned copy of the document. Also, make sure the document is clearly visible and not distorted. For example, you can print out your document and take a photo of it using your camera (just make sure to crop the edges.)
If you don't have a physical or printed version of your document, you can easily upload a digital copy using these steps. Please note: screenshots are not allowed.
Prepare your proof of address as a JPEG or PDF file
Go to the dentity Verification screen
Tap "Checking progress", then "Resubmit document"
When your phone camera opens up, tap the photo icon next to the shutter button
Allow access to your photos and files
Finally, select the digital proof of address document on your phone and upload it
