If you need to reset your Two-Factor Authenticator (2FA), please follow these steps:
Take a photo of yourself holding your ID and a piece of paper with the following information written on it:
Your full name
"Finblox 2FA Reset"
Today's date and year
Ensure that the ID document you use is one of the following:
Government-issued photo-based ID
If you are a verified user, make sure that the ID you use for the photo is the same as the one you used to complete the "Verified" level of KYC.
Send the image to [email protected] with the subject line: "2FA RESET"
Please note that the process may take up to 7 working days, and in some cases, it may take longer. Once the process is complete, you will receive an email notification.
