Any crypto asset transferred through the wrong network will not be credited and is likely to be lost. When sending to a new wallet, we strongly advise sending a tiny test transaction to check that the funds reach safely to the intended address.

If you used the wrong network or sent it to the wrong address, your funds would not reach your Finblox wallet.

In some cases, we may be able to assist you in getting your funds back. They will be redirected to your Finblox wallet or returned to the wallet address from which they were sent. Please be aware that this process involves a significant amount of manpower, and as a result, Finblox will charge a recovery fee. Please be aware that depending on the difficulty of the retrieval, the fund recovery process could take up to or beyond 7 working days and is not guaranteed.
